TSB Badminton Tournament

THESE competitors posed with their racquets 20 years ago at the TSB Bexhill Badminton Tournament at the De La Warr Pavilion.

Gordon Scott, of West Parade, has kindly provided us with two of the 'W's' to go with the picture.
Gordon, centre of shot, correctly identified the badminton tournament at the De La Warr Pavilion but was at a loss to identify his partners or the exact date.
He said: "I'm sorry I can't remember the names of the people there, to be honest I can't remember if I won or came runner - up.
“If I could find the shield I got with it I'd be able to tell you more.
"I would think it was taken some time around the mid 1980s."
Nostalgia Spot has become something of a family affair for Gordon. Just a few months ago his daughter Jacqueline featured in one of our archive shots.
